if you called and requested a room at the doubletree and they said they’re out for the days you wanted, they’re out (though you could always call and see if there were cancellations).  we have some remaining at the holiday inn express midtown, but you only get the rate through monday, september 3, 2007.  their number is 215.735.9300.  after that time, the rates are not our special reduced rates anymore, and we can’t guarantee rooms anywhere.  it’s getting close…
